Muqallid Bhaiyo se 5 Sawal


1. Imam Abu Hanifa ke Walid Muhtaram kis ke Muqallid the?

Agar woh kisi ke Muqallid the to tum log un ki taqleed kyu chodi??

agar woh Muqallid nahi the toh Tum Kyu Taqleed karte hoo??


2.Taqleed Farz hi sunnat hi ya wajib hi aur is ke Hukm Quran wa Sahi Hadees mein kaha hi?



3.Imam Abu Hanifa Rh se pehle kisi ne namaz padi hai ya nahi agar padi hi toh unki Namaz bina Taqleed ke Qubul huwi hi ya nahi??

agar nahi huwi hi toh Dalil do Sahi Hadees se.??

Agar huwi hi toh unko chod ne ka Hukm batao Kisne aur kab diya.?


4.Quran wa Sahi Hadees kayee Muqamaat per Aaati Ul Laaaha wa Rasool se kya Murad hi?

Kya Islam Muqkammal huwa ya hi ya nahi??


Taqleed us ke kayee sau saal baad shuru huwi Hume maana hi ya nahi??

agar maana hai toh.....Nabi (saw) par apko yakeen nahi ki unho ne deen muqammal nahi kiya??

Taqleed Haq hai is ki Dalil Quran wa Sahi Hadees ki Roshni mein do?





5. Chaaro imamo ke kahi Taqleed ka Hukm diya hi nahi agar hi toh us page ki scan copies upload karo???


Kya Hanifa ne koi kitab likhi hi agar likhi hi toh us kitab ka naam bato???

RAAYE AUR FATAWA BAAZI (UMMAT KE BUZURGON KE AINE ME)

RAAYE AUR FATAWA BAAZI UMMAT KE BUZURGON KE AINE ME:



" Ho sakta hai ki tum kisi cheez ko napasand karo aur wah tumhare liye bahtar ho"


(surah baqarah 212)


agar bhaiyyon aap kisi waqt bahas me khamosh ho jaayen to is se naraz na hon, isliye ki aap har cheez jaanne waale nahi ho sakte, yahan daarmi shareef ke hawale se sahaba(ra) aur aimma tabieen(rh) ke kuch farmaan naqal kar raha hun , muqallidon ke behuda sawalon ke liye aapke kaam aayenge, inse andaaza hoga ki hamare aimma kiraam kitne saada log they, fiqhi utha patak wahan nahi thi.


1- hz abdullah bin masud (ra) farmate hain:-" jab tum ham se koi baat qur'an ya hadith ki puchoge to ham batainge aur nayi baatein jo tumne nikaal li hain wah hamari qudrat se baahar hai"


2-hz qatada (rh) mashoora tabiee imam farmate hain:-" maine 30 saal se koi baat apni raaye se nahi kahi"



3- imam abu halaal taabai(rh) farmate Hain:-" maine 40 saal se koi baat apni raaye se nahi kahi"


4- hz imam ata (rh) farmate hain:-" mujhe allah se sharm aati hai ki duniya me meri raaye par amal ho"

inhi imam ata(rh) ke baare me imam abu hanifa ne farmaya tha ki maine unse bahtar aadmi nahi dekha



5- hz abdullah bin umar(ra) fatawa dene se zyada yah kahte they ki "main nahi jaanta"


6- hz abdullah bin masud (ra) farmate hain:-" jo shakhs tamam maslon me fatawa de wah diwaana hai"


8- imam sho'abi(rh) farmate hain, "main nahi jaanta" kahna aadha ilm hai, agar qayaas karoge to halal ko haraam aur haraam ko halal karoge.


9- hz ali(ra) farmate hain:-" jab mujh se koi baat pucchi jaaye jo main nahi jaanta to is baat me kaleja ke liye sab se zyada thandi baat yah hai ki main kahun, "wallahu alam"


10- imam sho'abi(rh) farmate hain:-" agar log hadees e rasool sunaaye to isko akhtiyaar karo aur jo baat apni raaye se batayen to usko Pakhane(toilet) me daal do"


11- imam muhammad bin sireen(rh) farmate hain:-" main tujhse hadith e rasool bayan karta hun aur tu yah kahta hai ki falan falan yah kahta hai, ab tujhse baat na karunga"


12- hz saeed bin zubair(ra) farmate hain:-" main hadith bayan karta hun aur tu usmd qur'an ke saath ishaare karta hai, rasoollullah sallallaho alaihi wasallam tujh se zyada qur'an jaante they," aakhir rasoollullah(sws) ke irshaad giraami par ise khatm karta hun, aap farmate hain, jis ko fatawa dene par zyada zur'at hai usko jahannum ki zyada zur'at hai"

ULAMA-E-KIRAAM KO SHAH WALIULLAH MUHADDIS DEHLAWI(RH) KI NASIHAT:



" main un ilm ki talaash karne wale logon se kahta hun jo apne aap ko ulema kahte hain ki:-


" nadaano! Tum unaaniyon ke uloom aur alfaaz(grammer) ke maayna wa mamlon me phans gaye aur samjhe ki ilm iska naam hai, jabki ilm to kitabullah ki aayat e mohkama hai ya phir Wah sunnat hai jo rasoollullah(sws) se saabit ho........... Tum pichle fuqha ke nukton aur uljhao me doob gaye, kya tumhe khabar nahi ki ilm sirf wah hai jo allah aur uske rasool ne farmaya ho, tum me se zyadatar ka haal yah hai ki jab use nabi kareem(sws) ki koi hadith pahunchti hai to wah us par amal nahi karta aur kahta hai ki mera amal to falan imam ke mazhab par hai na ki hadith par, phir wah yah bahana pesh karta hai ki sahab, hadith ki samajh aur uske mutabik amal karna to kaamileen aur maahireen ka kaam hai, aur yah hadith to aimma e salaf se chhupi to na rahi hogi, phir koi to wajah hogi ki unhone use chhod diya.........


Yaad rakho! Yah bilkul bhi deen ka tareeqa nahi hai, agar tum nabi(sws) par imaan laaye ho to unki farmabardari karo chahe kisi mazhab ke mutabik ho ya na ho"

SHAH WALIULLAH MUHADDIS DEHLAWI(RH) NE FARMAYA:





" toh agar ham ko rasool masoom(sws) ki hadith sahih sanad se pahunch jaaye jinka amal allah taala ne ham par farz kiya hai, aur wah hadith hamare mazhab ke khilaaf ho to us waqt agar ham us hadith ko chhod kar is takhmeene(farman,raaye) par jame rahen to ham se bada zaalim koi na hoga, aur hashr ke din jab sab log rabbul aalimeen ke saamne pesh honge, hamara koi bahana na chal sakega"

HANAFI FIQH KI DALEEL MUSHRIK KE LIYE



BISMILLAHIR RAHMANIRRAHEEM


1.Yahud wa nasara apne maulvi aur darwe...sho ka kaha mante the is liyae Allah inhe Mushrik kharar diya.
Aur momino ko hukm diya ki Bado ka Qual mat pooch bal ki yeh poocho Allaha aur is ke Rasool ka ky Hukm hai…

4. Ambiya wa Awaliya ke Qabron ko Sajda karna,Tawaf karna, Nazrane chadana Haram wa Kufr hai

5. Jo Wali ki Qabr ki Ziyarat ke liyae Safar karta hai woh Jahil wa Kafir hai

6. Gairullah ki Mannat manana shirk hai aur is Mannat ka khana Haram Hai….

7. Jis Jaanwar per Gairullah ka naam pukara gaya ho aur zubah kie waqt Bismillah Allaha hu Akbar kaha ho toh who zuba Haram hai

FIQH HANAFI AUR HADITH E NABAWI ME IKHTELAAF

Is article me ye samjhane ki koshish ki jaayegi ke FIQH aur SAHIH HADITH Me ikhtelaaf ho to iski taraf ruju karna chahiye.....AFSOS Hamare muqallid bhai hadith chhod dete hain aur fiqh par amal karte hain.

Yahan kuch ikhtelaaf bayan kiye ja rahe hain..


KUTTE KA CHATNA:

Nabi sws ka huqm hai:-

" Hz abu hurairah ra riwayat karte hue kahte hai ki nabi sws ne farmaya jab kutta tumhare bartan se paani pee jaaye to use 7 baar dho"

( Bukhari)

Fiqh kahti hai-" jab bartan se kutta pee jaaye use 3 baar dho"

( Hidaya, kitabut tahara)

Bukhari aur muslim ki hadith ke khilaaf hai! Bhaiyyon zara socho,


BAITULLAH KI CHAT(ROOF) PAR NAMAZ:


Nabi sws ki manahi:-

" Hz ibne umar ra riwayat karte hue kahte hain ki nabi sws ne baitullah ki chhat par namaz padhne se mana kiya"

( Tirmizi)

But fiqh kahti hai

" Kaabe ki chhat par namaz padhna jayez hai"

( hidaya baabus salat phil kaaba)



AURTON KI IMAMAT KA MASLA:

Nabi sws ki izazat-

" nabi sws ne umme warqa ko apne ghar walon ki imamat karane ka huqm diya"

(abu dawood baab imamatun nisa)

"hz aisha ra tahira ra ke beech me khadi hokar aurton ki imamat karti thi"

( mustardark haakim baab imamatul imraat)


Fiqh kahti hai-

" sirf aurton ko jamaat se namaz padhna maqrooh hai"

( hidaya baabul imamat)

Hanafi bhaiyon! Nabi kareem sws to sirf aurton ko bhi jamaat se namaz padhne ki izajat den aurat ki imamat aurton ke liye jayez rakhi gayi lekin fiqh me yah kaam mana qaraar paya gaya, socho to sahi hadith ki barabari kitni buri cheez hai aur nabi sws ke huqm ke muqable me nahi kahna kitni badi zyadati hai aur phir is fiqhi yukrah se is kaam ko haram samjh rakha hai ki hanafion ke yahan aurat ki imamat aurton ke liye bilkut hai hi nahi.


NABAALIGH( UNDER AGE) KI IMAMAT:

" AMR BIN SALMA RA NE 6 YA 7 SAAL KI UMAR ME LOGON KI IMAMAT KARAYI"

( Bukhari)

Logon ne amr bin salma ko apna imam banaya uske peeche namaz padhi, nabi sws ko is imamat ka zaroor pata tha agar bacche ki imamat najayez hoti to huzoor mana kar dete ya zaroor aasmaan se wahiy aa jaati ki bacche ki imamat jayez nahi, isliye bacche ki imamat se khuda aur uske rasool sws ki khamoshi bacche ki imamat ke jayez hone ki daleel hai


FIQH:

" nahi jayez waaste mardon ke namaz padhe peeche aurat ke ya bacche ke"

(hidaya part 1 babul imamat)

Amr bin salma ra saat saal ke bacche ke peeche nabi kareem sws ki zindagi me qur'an ke utarne ke dauraan me mardon ne namaz padhi, na khuda ne roka, na huzur ne mana kiya lekin fiqh kahti hai "nahi" jayez hai ye kaun sahab hain kahne wale, yah to sirf nabi sws ka hi haq hai , ummati bina daleel ke aisa nahi kar sakte.


GIFT KI HUI CHEEZ KA MASLA:


Nabi sws ka irshad hai-

" hz ibne abbas ra riwayat karte hue kahte hain ki nabi sws Ne farmaya gift ki hui cheez ko wapas lene waala kutte ki tarah hai jo apni ulti(qaiy) karke chaat leta hai"

( bukhari)

FIQH:

" jab kisi gair aadmi ko koi cheez gift kar di jaaye to girf karne wale ko use waapas lene ka haq hai"

( Hidaya kitabul hiba)


ISTASQA KI NAMAZ BA JAMAAT:


Nabi karim sws ki sunnat-

" abdullah bin zaid ra riwayat karte hue kahte hain ki nabi kareem sws namaz istasqa ke liye sahaba ko lekar eidgaah ki taraf nikle aur 2 rakat namaz unchi kirat ke saath padhayi, qible ki tarah hi apni chadar paltayi"

( Bukhari, muslim)


FIQH:

" Imam abu hanifa rh ne kaha ki istasqa ke waqt namaz masnoon nahi"


( Hidaya baab ul istasqa)


JANAZE KI GAAYBAANA NAMAZ:


Nabi sws ka amal

" jis din shah najjasi ki wafaat hui nabi sws ne uski wafaat ki khabar( wahi ke zariye) sahaba ra ko di ( ki aaj najjasi habsha me wafaat paa gaya hai) phir huzoor sws unhe lekar eidgaah tashrif le gaye unhe Lineno me khada karke (najjasi) ki janaze ki gaaybaana namaz 4 taqbeeron se padhai"


(bukhari,muslim)


FIQH:

" namaz gaaybaana jayez nahi"

(durre mukhtar part 1 baab salatul janaiz)



JAMAAT ME IKHARI TAQBEER

Nabi sws ka huqm

" nabi karim sws ne hz bilal ra ko huqm kiya ki we azaan ke qalime dohre karen aur taqbeer ke qalme ikhare kahen siwaay 'kad ka matis salaat' ke"


(bukhari ,muslim)


FIQH:

" Aur iqamat azaan ki tarah dohri hai"

( Hidaya babul azan)


NAMAZ KI IMAMAT KA MASLA


Rasool ka irshad hai-

logon ki imamat kaun kare? Is baare me nabi karim sws irshad farmate hain-

" imamat kare logon ki wah jo sabse jyada quran ka qaari ho aur agar qirat( ke janne me) sab barabar ho to phir sabse jyada sunnat ko jaanne waala imamat kare agar sunnat ke ilm me bhi sab barabar hon to umar me sabse bada imamat kare"

(muslim)

Zara is hadith ke baare me sochen ki huzoor ne imamat karne ki 4 Sooratien bayan ki hain, lekin fiqh hanafi ne 21 bayan ki hain.. Zara gaur karen

Huzur ke bayan ki hui 4 sooraton me tabdili karke bhi khamosh na rahe isliye durremukhtar me is tarah increment kiya hai-


1- sabse zyada imamat ka haqdar sabse zyada namaz ke huqooq jaanne wala.

2- sabse acchi tilawat karne wala.

3- phir sabse zyad nek

4- sabse zyada umar wala

5- sabse acche charactor waala

6- accha chehre waala

7- sharif nasl wala

8- accha libaas wala

9- agar in sab khoobiyon me barabar ho to parchi daal le

10- jise chahe pasand karle


( tabdirul absaar durre mukhtar)

zara sochen ki hadith me 4 sooratein thi inme tabdeeli ki, iske baad 10 sooratein bana daali, aap hairaan honge ki durre mukhtar likhne wale ne inke elawa aur bhi badayh hai aap likhte hain.

11- noorani chehre waala

12- sabse badkar nasab wala

13- sabse acchi awaaz wala

14- khoobsurat beewi waala

15- sabse zyada maal

Waala.

16- bahut bade sar wala aur bahut chhote satar (penis) wala

17- bahut bade darje wala

18- musafir ke muqable thaherne wala

19- phir asli azaad, aazaad kiye gaye gulam ke muqable par

20- wuju ke badle jisne tayammum kiya hai wah gusl ke badle tayammum karne waala

21- phir (ab bhi) agar logon me ikhtelaaf rahe to zyada log jise chahe imam bana den

wallahu alam

kapde(cloth) ko saadhe 4 masha pakhana ya koi nijasat ghaleeza lagi ho to hanafi mazhab mein namaz ho jati hai.

UNGLI ko pakhana ya koi najasat ghaleeza lagi hui ho toh 3 dafa chaat lene se paak ho jaye gi.

Now Let see What Hadith Says,’’ Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 137 : Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "The prayer of a person who does ,Hadath (passes, urine, stool or wind) is not accepted till he performs ( repeats) the ablution." A person from Hadaramout asked Abu Huraira, "What is 'Hadath'?" Abu Huraira replied, " 'Hadath' means the passing of wind from the anus."

Muwat Imam Malik Book 002 , Hadith Number 060.Section : Wudu on Account of Touching the Genitals. Yahya related to me from Malik that Abdullah ibn Abi Bakr ibn Muhammad ibn Amr ibn Hazim heard Urwa ibn az-Zubayr saying, "I went to see Marwan ibn al-Hakam and we talked about what you had to do wudu for, and Marwan said, 'You have to do wudu if you touch your penis.' Urwa said, 'I didn't know that.' Marwan ibn al-Hakam said that Busra bint Safwan had told him that she heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'If any of you touches his penis he should do wudu.'"

SALAM ki jagah paad maar kar namaz khatam ki jaye to namaz sahih hai

Now Have Look at Hadith:- The Prophet (Sallalahu alaihi wa salaam) said to:... Pray as you have seen me praying.. (Sahih Bukhari Book 1 Vol 1 hadith 604)

MUQALID ka hajj dekho.


DUBUR [buttocks] mein suhbat kerne se HAJJ kharab nahi hota.

Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “The Hajj (pilgrimage) is (in) the well-known (lunar year) months ( i.e. the 10 th month, the 11 th month and the first ten days of the 12 th month of the Islamic calendar, i.e. two months and ten days).

So whosoever intends to perform Hajj therein (by assuming Ihraam), then he should not have sexual relations (with his wife), nor commit sin, nor dispute unjustly during the Hajj”

HANAFIYO ka aqeedah hai ke IMAN ,ASMAAN or ZAMEEN, waloon ka barabar hai,

MUQALID ka quran par iman mulahiza hoon, agar naqseer phoot padhe to peshani par khoon or peshaab se ALHAMD SHAREEF likhna jayez hai .

muqalid ki namaz to dekho bacche ko godi utha kar namaz na jayez hai magar kutte ke bacche ko utha kar namaz jayez hai.

Zindah ya murdah janwar maslan gadhi, gorhi ,gaein[cow],bheins,bheir,bakri ya kum umer larki se jama kiya to wazoo nahi toot ta .

Muqalid apni maqad[peeeth]mein ungli dakhil kere agar khushk nikal aei to wazoo nahi toot ta.,MARD apni dubar mein ya Orat apni sharam gaah mein kissi murdah ka aalah tanasal(penis) kisi zindah janwar maslan gadha, gorha kutta waghera ka aalah tanasul dakhil kere too ghusal farz nahi hota.

18- HARAMAIN ME AURTON KO MASJID ME AANE, FARZ NAMAZ, QIYAMULLAIL , AUR NAWAFIL ADA KARNE KI IJAJAT DI JAATI HAI

19-HARAMAIN ME KHWATEEN NAMAZ E EID UL FITR AUR EID UL ADHA BA JAMAAT ADA KARTI HAIN

20- HARAMAIN ME NAMAZ E EID SE PAHLE KOI KHUTBA NAHI DIYA JAATA, PAHLE NAMAZ PHIR KHUTBA

21- HARAMAIN ME EID KE ANDER 12 TAKBEERON KA EHTIMAM KIYA JAATA HAI

22-HARAMAIN ME KHUTBAY JUMA KA TAREEQA AHLE HADITH WAALA HAI

23- HARAMAIN ME NAMAZE JANAJA MASJID ME ADA KIYA JAATA HAI

24-NAMAJE JANAJA ME SANA NAHI PADHI JAATI

25- NAMAZE JANAJA ME SURAH FATIHA KA BA QAIDA EHTIMAM KIYA JAATA HAI

26-HARAMAIN ME NAMAZE JANAJA ME SIRF EK SALAN PHERA JAATA HAI

27-HARAMAIN ME NAMAZ E WITR KO FASAL KE SAATH ADA KIYA JAATA HAI, YANI DO RAKAT KE BAAD SALAM PHER KAR TEESRI RAKAT ALAG SE ADA KI JAATI HAI

28- HARAMAIN ME NAMAZ E WITR KI QUNOOT ME HAATH UTHAYE JAATE HAI

29-HARAMAIN ME NAMAZE WITR KI AAKHIRI RAKAT ME QIR'AT KE BAAD RAFULYADAIN NAHI KIYA JAATA HAI

30-HARAMAIN ME QUNOOT E WITR RUKU KE BAAD KI JAATI HAI

AHLE HARAMAIN KE AMAL KO AGAR HUJJAT BANANA HAI AUR UNKE KARNE AUR NA KARNE KO DALEEL AUR MIYYAR THAHRAANA HAI TO USE SIRF 20 RAKAT QAYAMULLAIL (TARAWEEH) TAK MAHDOOD KYON KIYA JAATA HAI?
